BCPL Student Accounts - Students may check out up to 5 items at one time at the public library without a library card simply by giving their names at the checkout desk, or by using their student ID numbers or bar codes. They may also access online resources at the BCPL website using their ID numbers.
BCPS Student Databases- The Baltimore County Public Library offers a variety of databases. These databases offer resources such as tutoring, streaming media, language learning, and so much more. Students will need their username and password to access many of these resources.
Digital Library - Links and instructions for downloading books, audiobooks, magazines, and streaming movies directly to a device.
Upcoming Events at the Public library - special events, story times, employment
and tech assistance, and other fun and educational programs.
Student ID numbers and Passwords
Students were issued a barcode, placed in their agenda (coming late September!) They may use this barcode to check out up to 5 books at a time at the library.
For directions on locating the student ID number, and the password, students should visit the Dumbarton Library Schoology Group and look in the Resources folder.
