The DMS Lady Steppers are a precision dance team that perform for fun and to entertain. They also make public appearances.

To be a DMS Stepper is an honor and a privilege. As a Stepper, each young lady has class and dignity while upholding the values of our organization. Each lady has the discipline to work hard to achieve their place in each dance routine from high kick, pom, hip-hop, and prop, to novelty, lyrical, jazz, and modern. Every lady takes away much more than dance from her experience as a Stepper. She makes life long friendships, learns discipline, and doesn't ever think about what is best for herself, but rather, what is best for the team.
