The DMS Running Club



WED; 2:55 to 3:45 p.m.

The running club is the place to get in shape and learn proper form, technique, mechanics, drills, and stretching for running. If you want to increase speed or increase your endurance, running is a great way to learn how to do it. Anyone can join the club because running can start at any level. Whether you are advanced or a beginner, the running club will accommodate your needs based on your own personal ability.
